Ecology and environmental management in agriculture

The goal of the master study program "Ecology and Environmental Management in Agriculture" is
training of experts for independent action and improvement of ecological agriculture
production and environmental protection, sustainable ecosystem management while minimizing
negative impacts on the environment, in accordance with the needs and development of society and modern
science trends.
The organic farming sector is the fastest growing food production sector, and is necessarily in
education to introduce more content in the field of ecology, environmental protection and ecological
agricultural production. This would raise the information and knowledge of students to a higher level,
while recognizing the opportunities provided to them through dealing with ecology and ecological
food production.
Lack of environmental engineers, organic agricultural production and staff and experts for
preserving the quality of the environment in the labor market is among the key reasons for launching
of this study program.
Graduates can continue their studies in the III cycle of University education.
