I Cycle of Studies

The goal of undergraduate study at the Faculty of Agromediterranean is to enable shorter, more efficient and flexible study that prepares students for employment in the profession, but also leaves a wide enough possibility of further education for the emerging needs of the labor market.

The aim is to provide students with broad scientific and professional knowledge and practical education in the field of modern agricultural production.

In addition to basic knowledge of natural sciences and biotechnical disciplines, students acquire competencies based on basic agronomic disciplines, as well as applied disciplines of plant production (fruit-growing and vegetable-flower-growing) depending on the choice of elective courses.

Upon completion of this study program, students will be able to work in various fields directly or indirectly related to crop production, organization and management of modern technological operations within crop production on the farm or prepared for scientific training through graduate studies.

The plans and programs of the Faculty of Agromediterranean are made with the aim of providing knowledge and skills in the field of fruit, vineyard, vegetable and flower crops as well as the introduction of new cultivation technologies.

Study and duration of study: undergraduate 3 years (180 ECTS).

After completing the first cycle: Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering (baccalaureus / baccalaurea) agricultural engineer (univ. Bacc. Ing. Agr.) Of a certain field.
