A presentation of Jean Monnet program activities was held

In the premises of the Faculty of Agromediterranean 17.9. a presentation of Jean Monnet's activities was presented. The participants were greeted by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation of the University "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar, Acting Prof. Dr. Maja Kazazić. The program was presented by Mr. Dejan Rosić, Head and Mr. Suad Muhibić, Director of the National Erasmus + Office in BiH.
Programi ️ These programs aim to promote excellence in teaching and research for European Union fields of study around the world. Jean Monnet projects encourage dialogue between academia and European policy makers.

According to the official Erasmus + Program Guide, the key areas included are: sociology, philosophy, religion, geography, literature, art, natural sciences, environmental protection, global studies.
‼ ️ Projects are divided into: modules, departments, centers of excellence, support for institutions and associations, networks (debate with the academic world) and projects for debate with the academic world.

ean Monnet projects may include the organization of courses, research, conferences and publications in the field of European Union studies.
Mod ️ Academic modules, departments and centers of excellence aim to deepen the curricula within the European Integration Studies, which are incorporated into the official curriculum of the higher education institution.

The Jean Monnet Center of Excellence brings together the expertise and competencies of prominent experts (including Jean Monnet Chair lecturers and / or Jean Monnet module coordinators) and aims to develop synergies between different disciplines and resources of European Studies, as well as to create joint transnational activities and structural links with academic institutions in other countries. It also provides openness to civil society.
