Seminar on "Research Management and Writing Scientific Papers" Held

Following the modern world trends in the development of science and scientific research, last week a five-day seminar on "Management of research and writing scientific papers" was held in the premises of the Faculty of Agro-Mediterranean "Džemal Bijedić" in Mostar.

The seminar was organized by the Faculty of Agro-Mediterranean, in cooperation with the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology of the University of Mostar, and the lecturers were professors from the Czech University of Natural Sciences,   Faculty of Tropical Agricultural Sciences Jan Banout, Olga Leuner and Miroslava Bavorova.  
The aim of the seminar was to include final year students, young researchers, assistants and the general public engaged in scientific research work in order to acquire practical skills necessary for research work, writing professional, scientific papers and other publications.

Topics covered by this seminar are how to write a paper, how to deal with the methodology of scientific research, what are the bibliographic and cited databases, how to statistically process data, and how to apply it all to your own research.

  In order to raise the quality of scientific research activities, this seminar has improved the professional and scientific knowledge of seminar participants, as well as continuous development in the field of research and scientific research work by publishing papers in renowned journals, taking active part in international conferences, writing quality publications. as well as continuous training of teaching staff.

At the end of the seminar, certificates for participation were awarded.  
We thank our lecturers, professors and all participants in the seminar.

The Faculty of Agromediterranean - UNMO has so far organized or co-organized a significant number of scientific and professional gatherings (conferences, symposia, seminars, etc.). They will continue this tradition, improve it and organize similar gatherings more often. This improves scientific-research work, cooperation, but also improves the quality of the entire academic society.

The project continues with the Summer School at the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Technology of the University of Mostar in September 2019, and the culmination of activities will be at the end of autumn on Science Day, and you will be notified in a timely manner.
