Student visit to HEPOK

Students of the Agromediterranean Faculty visited the HEPOK Mostar winery as part of their internship.  
The aim of the visit was to acquaint students with the entire system of wine production, which includes the production of quality and premium wines, table wine production and wine production for distillation. All this would not be possible without wine production equipment such as mulchers, presses, vinifiers for the production of quality and premium red wines, Barri que barrels for aging wine made from the world's most famous types of oak. During the visit, the students saw modern controlled fermentation systems that include modern equipment for primary grape processing, bottling lines with a high degree of wine protection and a laboratory for wine quality analysis.
The Faculty of Agromediterranean Mostar - UNMO, as part of its curricula, studies the entire process of wine production.
